That diligence is what convinced me she was the right realtor for us to sell our home after finding our retirement home in Arkansas. After meeting with her and presenting her approach to selling our home, I knew we made the right choice. Once she prepared us to get our house ready to show, I had a feeling the house would sell fast. But we were not prepared for it to sell in one day!
